FROZEN & DRIED PRODUCE
Yes, as much as we like to deny it, we chefs have to on occasion use the dried and frozen specialties when in lean conditions.
So with that said, ODP offers a beautiful a hand picked IQF frozen selection. Fava beans, fin haricot jaune, petit pois, chestnuts, morels & porcini's to name a few. If its worth using we most likely have it!
Any chef knows that without those tender leafy greens, the perfect ripe tomatoes, and a well stocked larder of all things Vegetable, his/her position is in question.
