About Chef Owen 

Owen Doyle was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He holds college degrees in both Culinary Arts (NHC ‘87) and Hospitality Management (FIU ‘89). In the spring of 1989, Owen embarked on a 10 year career and developed his craft as a chef and senior crew member in the yachting industry. As an executive chef onboard numerous Mega-Yachts, Private Aircraft and Estates worldwide, his experience brought him ashore in 1999 to help create, direct and manage the provisions and galley outfitting division at National Marine Suppliers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.


After his resignation in late 2009, Owen went back to sea and joined a 187 foot mega-yacht as head chef for the next 16 months. Then on May 15th 2011, Owen Doyle Provisions opened its doors for business; offering the luxury & yachting community an experienced & professional full service provisionning company.
